About Samuel
Samuel is certified through the National Endurance Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) and is an experienced Running Coach who has competed in races ranging from 1 mile to the marathon. Samuel has a marathon personal best of 2:47 and has accomplished personal best times in many other race distances. During his five years in the personal training field, Samuel has specialized in training clients of all levels for running events, and has also worked with non-competitive clients who simply want to improve their overall quality of health with a fitness-specific training program.
Since the age of fourteen, Samuel has committed his life to maintaining good health and fitness, competing as a competitive tennis player and later becoming a competitive runner. Although Samuel continues to enjoy setting new goals for training and competition, he is genuinely passionate about helping his clients accomplish their fitness goals. When he’s not training clients, Samuel works as an Instructor at San Francisco State University.
