Harvell Fitness Training

Samuel created Harvell Fitness Training because he has a strong desire to share his training and coaching experience in helping his clients become fit and healthy.
As a serious runner who has competed in many running events for nearly 20 years, Samuel often ran 70 to 100 miles per week, with scheduled morning and evening training sessions.

Samuel’s vision is to promote Harvell Fitness Training not only as a program for aspiring marathon runners, but as a training system that incorporates goal-specific workout programs for both competitive and non-competitive clients.
