Training Philosophy

Samuel’s philosophy to personal training and coaching focuses on the fitness potential of each client, with an emphasis on setting appropriate goals for success. An advanced competitive athlete seeking a personal best in a marathon is able to endure high intensity workouts with targeted set goals.

However, a beginner or novice runner pursing the marathon for the first time may only want to do the necessary training to finish the race, without being concerned about running a goal time. Knowing the fitness potential of every competitive and non-competitive client, while also avoiding injury, comprises a major focus of Samuel’s Harvell Fitness Training program.
